Spam Filters
Trainmail applies server-side filtering and authentication signals to suspicious incoming mail. Messages identified as likely spam may be placed in the Spam folder, but no filter can classify every message correctly.
Filtering may consider sender authentication such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, infrastructure reputation, message structure, and known abuse patterns. These signals reduce risk but do not prove that a message is trustworthy.
Experimental classification features may be available only to selected accounts. They are not presented as independently audited or universally available, and their behavior can change during testing.
Review the Spam folder periodically, mark incorrect classifications when that control is available, and never rely on the inbox location alone when deciding whether to open a link or attachment.
