E-Mail Not Receiving
If a message has not appeared in your Trainmail inbox, first check Spam, Trash, and search. Confirm that the sender used the exact mailbox address and that the message was not delivered to another account or alias.
Ask the sender whether their provider returned a delivery or rejection notice. That notice often includes the reason, such as an invalid recipient, message-size limit, sender reputation issue, or temporary server error.
Delivery can occasionally be delayed by either mail server. Check Trainmail Status before requesting the same verification code repeatedly, because some senders throttle or invalidate earlier codes.
If the problem continues, contact support with the recipient address, sender domain, approximate time, subject, and any bounce code. Do not send passwords, two-factor codes, or unrelated private message content.
